Technical Support

Bianchi USA used to provide phone and email support from its product managers. That service is no longer operated, but most everyday problems can still be solved with the right information.

  • Note the model and serial number of your machine and, for electronic machines, the software version.
  • Check the cutter and tracer. Worn cutters and tracers are the most common cause of poor cuts and are wear items not covered by warranty.
  • Recalibrate. Most accuracy problems on the 106, 303 and 994 come down to calibration after a cutter or tracer change.
  • On the Laser 994, 884 and other electronic tools, confirm you are running the latest software you have access to.

Your locksmith supply distributor is the best first stop for parts, service and current software. Many of the Bianchi machines were later carried under the Keyline brand, so Keyline support channels and service shops that work on Keyline equipment can often help.

Software & Updates

884 Cloning Tool

Release 02.030 was the key update for the 884 Decryptor Ultegra. It added BMW Smart Key cloning with the BM100 and shipped in two builds: one for units already on version 02.008 or higher, and one for units on earlier software. Support for the TK100 universal chip also arrived by a free update.

Bianchi Laser 994

The 994 updates through Smart Media cards or over the Internet. Version 3.2 (build 290) added the Lexus 80,000 code series.

Repli-Code 7

The Repli-Code 7 used PC console software and USB drivers that were updated periodically.

Original software files are not hosted on this site. Ask your distributor or the current manufacturer for the latest versions.
