The Bianchi Automotive Guide

Every year Bianchi USA published a free reference for locksmiths and automotive security professionals. It started as the Transponder Guide (2006, 2008 and 2010 editions) and became the Automotive Guide in 2011.

• 2011 edition: Bianchi transponder keys, cloneable keys, the 884 cloning tool, on-board programming procedures and a key and vehicle application chart with a manufacturer cross reference, plus key machine profiles.
• 2012 edition: the 884 cloning tool, electronic heads, transponder keys, test blades, on-board programming, Bianchi key machines and an updated transponder and cloning application chart.

Transponder guides and on-board programming

Bianchi published an annual Transponder Guide (later the Automotive Guide) that paired each transponder key with its vehicle applications, a manufacturer cross reference and on-board programming procedures. On-board programming lets you add a key to many vehicles using existing working keys and a set ignition sequence, with no programmer. Where on-board programming was not possible, Bianchi's answer was the cloneable key and the 884 cloning tool.
